Returns or Exchanges?
Although we’re sure you’ll dig our Feelgoodz, we understand if they’re not the right ‘fit.’ If they’re defective, let us know. If you’re just not into them, let us know. We accept returns within 30 days if the product is defective. We also accept returns within 30 days, as long as the product has not been humanly altered in some way. If you need to exchange your flip-flops for a different size or color, we can help out here as well. Send them to: Feelgoodz Returns & Exchanges, 143 Hein Drive, Garner, NC 27529 & include your written request for an exchange inside the box. Please direct all emails for exchanges or returns to brandyjo@feelgoodz.com.
