The day before the trip. This was a memorable one. Colin and I woke up for a 9am meeting at Fabre Smith and Coco. Tiffany was phenomenal, and now we feel the power to be master tweeters. We’ll see.
Walked across the street to go see Evie over at Feet First, our very first retail store for Feelgoodz! Talked about the Road Trip and Twitter. Thanks, Evie!
Grabbed a bite at Mona’s (fantastic Kibby and Iced Tea), then drove over the FedEx to print some signage. Filming the whole time.
Next stop was Office Depot to get business cards on the fly. It was a no-go, so we came up with a different solution and moved on. Gotta just move on.
Next was Crescent Decal to pick up the Flopmobile. Larry, the master Decal Man, finished up the final touches and we drove away in a fantastic flop-wrapped minivan. So cool.
After a bit of drama ensued and was quickly handled, we headed over to Jo-Ann’s for some orange fabric to use as a tablecloth for the in-store demos. Resourcefulness at tis finest.
Next stop was Office Depot again for some easels to present the signage. Ran into my buddy EJ from grammar school. Hadn’t seen him in years.
Then to Imelda’s to talk to Mary and Claudia about puttin’ Feelgoodz in their store on Metairie Road. Thinkin’ they’re about to be feelin’ good.
Back home to prep for the trip: finished the feelgoodz theme song, caught up on e-mails, packed the flopmobile, and watched the end of the Cavs/Magic game.
Now, it’s 2:02am. I’m out. Until tomorrow!
You are masters of social media! You are doing a great job already and your story is so inspiring. I can’t wait to follow along!
